Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of laundry staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of detergents, supplies, and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and operational protocols in compliance with industry standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Track performance metrics, such as turnaround time and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the owner to develop strategies for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including staff schedules, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in laundry operations, hospitality, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Knowledge of laundry equipment, detergents, and best practices for fabric care.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
