Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain Lark Workspace applications, bots, and automations to streamline business processes.
- Design and implement scalable workflows using Lark’s API, webhooks, and low-code tools (e.g., Base, Docs, Sheets).
- Integrate Lark Suite with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, payment gateways) to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify pain points and deliver tailored Lark-based solutions.
- Optimize workspace performance, security, and user experience for 50+ team members.
- Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Tier 2/3 support for Lark-related queries.
- Stay updated on Lark Suite’s latest features and advocate for their adoption where relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Lark Workspace Developer or similar role (e.g., Workplace Automation Specialist).
- Deep familiarity with Lark Suite’s ecosystem (Base, Docs, Calendar, Chat, etc.) and its APIs.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0 for integrations.
- Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for startups, pet tech, or SaaS industries (a plus).
