Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores or pop-up events to promote and sell laptop products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including troubleshooting basic technical queries and guiding customers on product usage.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest laptop models, industry trends, and competitive products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize promotional campaigns, in-store demos, and special events.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the management team to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Ensure display areas are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in electronics or IT products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for technology and a basic understanding of laptop specifications (e.g., processors, RAM, storage).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
