Responsibility
- Conduct precise land surveys using advanced equipment and software to determine boundaries, topography, and legal descriptions.
- Develop and implement land use plans in compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and government agencies to ensure accurate data collection and project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and legal documents for land acquisition, zoning, and development projects.
- Oversee site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to survey specifications.
- Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAD software to analyze spatial data and create development models.
- Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and field teams to maintain high-quality standards.
- Engage with local communities to address land-use concerns and facilitate sustainable development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in agricultural or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying tools (e.g., total stations, GPS, drones) and software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of local land laws, zoning regulations, and environmental compliance in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in diverse environments, including remote and rural areas.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Valid surveyor’s license or certification in Indonesia is highly preferred.
