Responsibility
- Operate and maintain semiconductor fabrication equipment for wafer processing, ensuring optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine and advanced troubleshooting on laboratory equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Document and report equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Assist in training junior staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or a similar laboratory environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor fabrication equipment and wafer processing techniques.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, safety standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of precision and accuracy.
