Responsibility
- Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare laboratory reagents and maintain standardized test solutions.
- Document all test results accurately, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure precision and operational efficiency.
- Monitor chemical stock levels and ensure timely requests for laboratory consumables.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality deviations and provide technical support.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and safety inspections within the laboratory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; licensed Chemists or Chemical Technicians are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of analytical instrumentation (e.g., pH meters, spectrophotometers, titrators).
- Excellent documentation skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a shifting schedule or full-time production environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or workplace safety regulations (OSHA/HSE) is a plus.
