Responsibility
- Serve as the L3 technical lead for complex incident resolution within Windows Server environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for escalated infrastructure issues to prevent reoccurrence.
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server clusters, Active Directory, and Group Policy configurations.
- Manage large-scale patch management and system hardening procedures to ensure high security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Windows platforms with cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship and knowledge transfer to L1 and L2 support staff.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and architecture blueprints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in enterprise-level Windows Server administration.
- Deep technical expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
- Solid understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Proven experience with disaster recovery, backup solutions, and business continuity planning.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Azure Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a multicultural environment.
