Responsibility
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
