Responsibility
- Administer and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of software solutions tailored to electronics manufacturing needs.
- Provide comprehensive user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions.
- Develop and maintain detailed system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust backup and recovery procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and their implementation.
- Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and business applications is a plus.
