Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure for construction and building services projects, including networking, servers, and cloud solutions.
- Integrate AWS cloud services to optimize data storage, security, and scalability for site operations.
- Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to ensure IT systems align with project requirements and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity on-site.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive project data and IT assets.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site staff on IT systems and tools.
- Document IT infrastructure, configurations, and changes for compliance and future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Network Engineer, preferably in construction or building services.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN), servers, and virtualization.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Familiarity with construction technology, BIM (Building Information Modeling), or IoT devices is a plus.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and data protection protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali with flexibility for occasional travel to project locations.
