Responsibility
- Provide L2 technical support for cloud-based services and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.
- Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of cloud solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud support processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in L2 or L3 Cloud Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Certified) are a plus.
