Responsibility

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT problems escalated from L1 support.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime for critical business applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and improvements.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and propose preventive measures.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices to enhance support efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on L2 or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
  • Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a global team schedule.
