Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and drivers.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
- Familiarity with hardware components, networking principles, and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
