Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive testing and diagnostics on network hardware including servers, switches, and communication devices
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty IT equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Validate hardware performance and functionality after repairs
- Maintain detailed records of all testing, repairs, and quality assurance procedures
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify recurring hardware issues
- Stay current with emerging network technologies and repair methodologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in network hardware testing and repair
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols, and hardware architectures
- Experience with diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Certifications in network technologies (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
