Responsibility
- Diagnose and resolve critical bugs in Node.js backend services and React frontend applications.
- Optimize Kafka-based event streaming pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system-wide issues.
- Develop and implement automated testing and monitoring solutions.
- Document root causes and solutions for recurring technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers on debugging best practices and system architecture.
- Participate in on-call rotations for high-priority incident response.
- Contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions to improve system resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js, React, and Kafka in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in debugging distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
