Responsibility
- Execute and monitor the end-to-end dataset onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from CDD/Data IQ and other sources.
- Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies through rigorous quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to align onboarding processes with organizational goals.
- Document data workflows, metadata, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to data pipelines and propose scalable solutions.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data governance, security, and SQL optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SQL development, data processing, or ETL workflows.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) and database management systems.
- Experience with data onboarding, validation, or quality assurance in a production environment.
- Familiarity with CDD, Data IQ, or similar data distribution platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
