Responsibility
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for the Reservations System, resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to test, debug, and deploy system enhancements and patches.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Document troubleshooting steps, root cause analyses, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system changes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for system improvements and new features.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including system configurations and workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in application support, software analysis, or IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with reservation systems, CRM, or ERP platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
