Responsibility
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to support Lenovo’s global operations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
- Support the deployment and optimization of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and compliance audits.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to streamline IT processes.
- Contribute to IT project planning, documentation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong foundational knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and databases.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ (academic or project-based experience acceptable).
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, AWS Certified) are advantageous but not required.
