Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, technical support, and operational requests within assigned data centers.
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, ensuring 99.999% uptime and adherence to SLAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, facilities) to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular audits of equipment, power systems, and cooling infrastructure to preempt potential failures.
- Document operational procedures, incident reports, and customer interactions in compliance with ISO standards.
- Train and mentor junior operations staff on best practices for data center management.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, access controls, and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new customers and expand service offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or customer support roles.
- Strong understanding of data center technologies (servers, networking, power distribution, cooling systems).
- Certifications such as CDCP, ITIL, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
