Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca and NeoLoad for desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Execute performance, load, and stress testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system stability.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain test data sets and environments to support automated testing.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Stay updated with emerging QA tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance testing frameworks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, reports, and user guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Tricentis Tosca and/or NeoLoad.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Experience with performance testing, API testing, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying, documenting, and resolving defects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker) is a plus.
