Responsibility
- Provide end-to-end IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize company servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications, operating systems, and security patches as needed.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment, including printers, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure, deploy, and manage IT assets.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Support disaster recovery planning and ensure data backup systems are functional and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and firewall configurations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection measures.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
