Responsibility
- Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and chat in Thai and English.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Log, track, and escalate incidents using IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Assist users with account management, password resets, and access requests.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Document solutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for common issues.
- Ensure SLA compliance by prioritizing and managing tickets effectively.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and user training as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Thai (native or near-native) and English (business proficiency).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (remote/hybrid options may apply).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
