Responsibility
- Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, ensuring alignment with PMP standards and organizational goals in the healthcare sector.
- Design and implement Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights for project performance and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams to optimize ERP workflows and integrate healthcare-specific modules.
- Manage SharePoint portals for document control, versioning, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for IT projects, with a focus on healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver regular reports to senior management using data-driven visualizations.
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to gather requirements and align IT solutions with business needs.
- Support the adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies within the PMO to enhance project delivery speed and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in healthcare IT.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in SAP modules (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP FI/CO) and Tableau for data analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems (EHR, HL7, or similar) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a contract-based role with adaptability to dynamic project demands.
