Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and overall health of the ServiceNow platform, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Automate workflows and processes using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integration tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure platform stability and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on automation.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, global team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
