Responsibility
- Strategic Deployment Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive deployment strategies for Palantirâs platforms, ensuring seamless integration with client systems and workflows.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with high-profile clients to understand their unique challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, data scientists, analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions on time and within scope.
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify patterns and connections in complex datasets to inform deployment priorities and optimize system performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess potential deployment risks and design contingency plans to ensure operational resilience.
- Training & Enablement: Empower client teams through tailored training programs and documentation to maximize platform adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-deployment performance, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in deployment strategy, software implementation, or technical consulting, preferably in enterprise SaaS or data analytics.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data architectures, APIs, and cloud-based deployment models (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with structured, analytical approaches.
- Client-Facing Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience managing C-level stakeholders.
- Project Management: Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP is a plus; demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
