Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) infrastructure to support enterprise-wide software deployment, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Develop, test, and deploy software packages (MSI, EXE, App-V, etc.) using industry-standard tools like AdminStudio, Wise Package Studio, or Flexera.
- Automate software distribution and updates to ensure 100% compliance with licensing and security policies.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health, inventory, and reporting to optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCCM with other ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC, etc.) and cloud platforms.
- Maintain and update operating system images (Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022) for enterprise deployment.
- Provide Level 3 support for SCCM-related issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM (Current Branch), including site hierarchy, client deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proven expertise in software packaging, scripting (PowerShell, VBScript), and automation for enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment (WDS, MDT, Task Sequences) and imaging tools.
- Experience with patch management, endpoint security (Defender, Bitdefender), and compliance reporting.
- Familiarity with Intune, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud management (a plus).
- MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global team.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with stakeholders across regions.
