As a Microsoft 365 expert, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, optimize cloud collaboration tools, and ensure seamless operations across Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Your expertise will drive productivity, security, and innovation for organizations leveraging Microsoft’s ecosystem.

Responsibility

  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Manage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access policies for security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and end-users.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support (L2/L3).
  • Proven expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-premises + cloud) and identity management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure escalations.
  • Familiarity with security best practices (e.g., MFA, DLP, threat protection).
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
