Responsibility
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Manage and optimize Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access policies for security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for junior engineers and end-users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support (L2/L3).
- Proven expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 automation.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-premises + cloud) and identity management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure escalations.
- Familiarity with security best practices (e.g., MFA, DLP, threat protection).
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
