Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of F&B service staff, including waiters, servers, and support crew, to ensure high standards of service.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
  • Train and mentor team members on Korean dining etiquette, menu knowledge, and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for tableware, linens, and other F&B supplies, coordinating with management as needed.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, minimizing wait times and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional events, private functions, or themed dining experiences to attract and retain customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a Korean or Asian cuisine restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Korean dining culture, service standards, and traditional dishes (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Korean language skills are a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
