Responsibility
- Provide high-quality support to users via chat, email, and social media channels in both Korean and English.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to music streaming applications, including account access, payment queries, and playback problems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the client's music platform to provide accurate and relevant guidance.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a friendly, helpful, and professional tone in all interactions.
- Collaborate with global team members and management to identify trends and improve support processes.
- Adhere to privacy and data protection policies while handling sensitive user information.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the knowledge base and FAQ resources.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both written and spoken Korean (Native/Near-Native) and English (Professional proficiency).
- Previous experience in a customer support, help desk, or community management role is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent digital literacy and familiarity with music streaming platforms and modern mobile apps.
- Must have a stable home office environment with high-speed, reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to work independently as a remote contractor with minimal supervision.
- Strong empathy and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
