Responsibility
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers in the beauty industry.
- Coordinate and oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product development, to create cohesive campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Organize and attend events, product launches, and influencer meet-ups to foster strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and building strong relationships with KOLs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
