Responsibility
- Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages to foster community engagement and brand loyalty.
- Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns, including paid promotions and influencer collaborations.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.
- Optimize posts for SEO and accessibility, including hashtags, captions, and alt text.
- Support the development of a content calendar and editorial workflows to ensure consistent publishing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling (basic graphic design skills are a plus).
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is advantageous.
