Responsibility
- Identify, research, and engage with potential KOLs and influencers aligned with Cimory Group’s brand values and target audience.
- Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) to optimize strategies.
- Create and curate content briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social media, design, PR) to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain a database of influencers, including contact details, past collaborations, and performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Support in negotiating contracts and managing relationships with influencers and agencies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and influencer culture with a keen eye for trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms as a user or creator.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, social media insights, or influencer marketing tools (e.g., Upfluence, AspireIQ).
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, or internships is a plus.
