Responsibility
- Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with retail partners and distributors to ensure effective product placement and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and merchandising activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on trade marketing performance and campaign results.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses for trade activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
