Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to drive lead generation and sales.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates) to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Lead A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-converting ad copy and visuals.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic and paid search visibility.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts, including community management and influencer partnerships.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to outperform competitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
