Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, platform-optimized content (text, images, videos, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (reach, CTR, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and social listening platforms.
- Plan and oversee paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster brand loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate with influencers, designers, and copywriters to produce viral-worthy content and partnerships.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep strategies innovative.
- Prepare and present monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and analytics platforms.
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and retargeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with global teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
