Responsibility
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support the production line during peak service hours
- Package and label food items for service or storage
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety protocols in the workplace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Indonesian work authorization required
