Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality food production.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels, track food costs, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (K3) in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen workflows and food preparation.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate with suppliers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume kitchen or hospitality setting.
- Proven expertise in food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and K3 standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Certification in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
