Responsibility
- Lead and manage kitchen and barista teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and hygiene compliance.
- Train and mentor baristas to deliver exceptional coffee experiences, maintaining Bento Group's reputation for excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and coffee beans, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in menu development, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients to create unique offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven expertise as a barista, with a deep understanding of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage operations across multiple locations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the hospitality industry.
- Passion for sustainability and locally sourced ingredients is highly valued.
