Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following standardized recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu options.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about brewing techniques, flavor profiles, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags, milk crates).
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
