As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer. You will work in a 5-day workweek, including weekends and public holidays, with a competitive salary of up to $2,300 per month plus overtime based on experience.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the cafe is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace.
- Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to enhance the quality of beverages served.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
