Responsibility
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Empty and clean trash bins regularly to ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Support the kitchen team by restocking clean dishes and utensils during peak hours.
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures to minimize environmental impact.
- Report any damaged or broken kitchenware to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold our high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
