Responsibility

  • Assist the kitchen team with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
  • Support stock handling by organizing inventory, restocking supplies, and rotating perishable items.
  • Follow strict Halal food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in basic cooking tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff.
  • Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling efforts where applicable.
  • Help with dishwashing and kitchen setup/cleanup before and after service hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.

Qualifications
