Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and special orders.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking ingredients as needed.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
- Support the head chef in menu development and daily kitchen operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen, café, or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
- Passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
