Responsibility
- Assist in daily F&B operations, including service, inventory, and staff coordination.
- Shadow and learn from experienced managers to understand leadership best practices.
- Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Engage with customers to ensure exceptional dining experiences and resolve service issues.
- Participate in training sessions on hospitality standards, POS systems, and team management.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., kitchen, front-of-house) to streamline workflows.
- Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided for the right attitude and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests and teams.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to build a long-term career in F&B.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
