Responsibility
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dishwashing area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Support kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recycling according to established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Work efficiently during peak hours to meet the demands of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen assistant role is a plus but not required.
