Responsibility
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and accommodating special requests with professionalism.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring resolution to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events, private functions, and daily service.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Waitress or Server in a high-end restaurant, cafĂŠ, or hotel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a strong plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
