Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) to the highest standards.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to local and international guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, and assist with restocking.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu specialties.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment (e.g., espresso machines, grinders).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about new trends and brewing methods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to work in Bali is advantageous.
