  • Stay updated on global healthcare trends, visa regulations, and travel advisories to provide accurate and timely information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, tourism, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic, Russian) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
