Responsibility
- Prepare and assemble burger ingredients, including patties, sauces, and toppings, according to standardized recipes.
- Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Follow proper food storage and rotation procedures to minimize waste.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations as per local and company policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for cooking and a strong interest in the culinary industry (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English or Indonesian.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
