Responsibility
- Assist the Pool Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily operations, including water quality testing, chemical balancing, and filtration system maintenance.
- Supervise and train a team of pool technicians to ensure efficient and high-standard maintenance practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Monitor and maintain optimal water chemistry levels to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement of pool chemicals, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in budget preparation and track expenses related to pool maintenance and operations.
- Ensure all pool areas adhere to FINNS Beach Clubâs luxury standards, including cleanliness, aesthetics, and guest safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pool maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Certification in pool operation (e.g., CPO - Certified Pool Operator) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry, filtration systems, and pool equipment troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations for public pools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-traffic environment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
